When Viewing an Imaging Document Using URL Tools, the Imaging Client Opens Without Frames (Doc ID 1581343.1)

Symptoms

When in the Account Distribution form, upon selecting the OPEN INVOICE button, the image that opens does not contain any frames for searching, tools, etc.

This can also be recreated by opening an image using the URL tools and then opening the client after that. It also can be recreated from the driver page.

It does not matter which browser is used.

Example:

http://Server:16000/imaging/faces/Pages/UrlTools.jspx?ToolName=AWVWR&DocumentId=x.IPM_xxxxxx

Then, open the client:

http://Server:16000/imaging
