Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Logon Manager client does not start up automatically after installation on workstations for remote users that do not log directly into the corporate network. The users work remotely and access the corporate network through a VPN connection.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expected behavior is that the Logon Manager client will start up automatically and create the user credentials and vGOUserData store in the repository on remote workstations connected to the corporate network through VPN.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Push installation package to client PC for remote user.
2. Reboot
3. Login with cached credentials. LM does not start
4. Connect to VPN - No change.
