Symptoms
During upgrading existing WCC environment to 11.1.1.8.0, the following post-installation step failed in config.sh

After step 6 of the above document, set connecting information to the repository database and test it. But the test fails bu the following error.
Changes
Upgrading your 11.1.1.7.0 (or before) environment to 11.1.1.8.0
(This issue does not occur in fresh 11.1.1.8.0 install.)
