Admin UI - My Bookmarks Links are Broken

Symptoms
Admin UI - My Bookmarks links are not correctly encoded.

1. Enable asset forms in Admin UI by adding the following into futuretense_xcel.ini and restart the server:
advancedUI.enableAssetForms=true
2. Go to Contributor UI > avisports site > search for all Article assets
3. In the returned search results, click on an asset - (for example, the article, "Ski Castle and Snowboard Wizards Unite" from avisports) and bookmark it.
4. Go to Admin UI > My Work > under My BookMarks see an entry like below:
Changes
In futuretense_xcel.ini, set advancedUI.enableAssetForms=true to enable asset forms in Admin UI.
