Human Task Escalation Not Working - Clarification about Auto Claim (Doc ID 1582518.1)

Goal

 When a task is escalated , it gets escalated to the user's manager rather  following the Escalation path set in the workspace for that Role.

 

  1. Deploy any project
  2. Go to the associated role(Workspace ->Administration)
  3. Set the Escalation Path to a user
  4. Create an instance
  5. Escalate the instance
  6. Check the instance,it is assigned to the user's manager rather than going to the user mentioned in the Escalation path
