Asset Cache Not Refreshed on Target When A Basic Asset Is Published Using Mirror Publish
(Doc ID 1582522.1)
Last updated on JULY 31, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle WebCenter Sites - Version 11.1.1.6.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When using Mirror publish to publish Basic assets from source to target, the AssetCache for those assets does not get flushed on the target server. This causes stale data to be shown on pages.
It works correctly for Flex assets, and it works correctly for Basic assets with RealTime publish.
Note: Mirror publish is deprecated in WebCenter Sites 11g. You should consider using RealTime publish instead.
