"Error: The number is too high" Or "ADF_FACES-60097:Server Exception" Signaled When Attempting To Consult Sessions Logs From ODI 11g Console (Doc ID 1582885.1)

Error messages are signaled when using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)11g Console for consulting executions whose Session numbers (SESSIONID) are greater than two billion (2,000,000,000).

There are two ways to prove the signaling of these messages:

  1. "Error: The number is too high" is obtained when typing a value of (for example) 2148489301 into ODI Console > Session ID and <Carriage Return>:

             
  2. "ADF_FACES-60097:Server Exception" is obtained when consulting the ODI Console > Browse > Sessions/Load Plan Executions screen:
