Symptoms

GlassFish Server (at runtime) on AIX crashed (STCMS server is still running) with a General Protection Fault (GPF) inside compiled method:

  com/sun/enterprise/jbi/serviceengine/core/EndpointRegistry.get.(Ljavax/xml/namespace/QName;Ljava/lang/String;)Lcom/sun/enterprise/jbi/serviceengine/core/ServiceEngineEndpoint;

with the following stack trace:
