HA File Adapter Data Loss with OSB 11.1.1.5 (Doc ID 1583387.1)

Symptoms

Running High Availability (HA) with a two node cluster, some File Adapter data is lost.

1000 transaction with 10 parallel thread generates only 957 outputs.

There are no errors in the logs even with debug logging enabled.
Below is the flow of the OSB Project. Transactions are getting lost between communication layer (Business service --> File write JCA).

OHS LB URL --> OSB proxy -> Business Service -> File Write (JCA).
