Bad Oracle Access Manager Request when authenticating via DCC (Doc ID 1583701.1)

When attempting to log in through the DCC, after credentials are provided the following error is returned in the browser:

Bad Oracle Access Manager Request
Unable to process the request due to unexpected error.

In the oblog.log for the DCC webgate (which is also functioning as the resource webgate in this case) we see:
