Symptoms
In the ACTIVITIES scheme ANALYTICS records are stored in GMT and not the actual local time.
Example:
Clicking around a WebCenter Portal application at 13:51 hours where the weblogic managed server is running with this option: -Duser.timezone=Europe/Amsterdam. Then doing this query :
