ODI J2EE Agent Execution Fails With BEA-000337 [STUCK] ExecuteThread Message (Doc ID 1584393.1)

Symptoms

<Error> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000337> <[STUCK] ExecuteThread ... has been busy for "XXX" seconds working on the request ... which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds messages are received when Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) J2EE Agent is deployed on WebLogic Server (WLS).

When the J2EE Agent executes a Scenario, the Scenario is executed twice, and following message could be found in the ODI Agent log file:
