Many Stuck Threads on JDBC Connection Rollback (Doc ID 1584478.1)

Symptoms

  1. There are lots of messages like the following in the server log, and the server response is slow:
    The same application and configuration worked correctly on WLS9.2MP3, but on WLS10.3.x threw stuck threads and "Forcibly releasing inactive connection..." messages.
  2. There are some long-running jobs (more than 10 minutes) on the DB server in the application.
