Self Service Password Reset Enrollment Throwing Error For Some Users (Doc ID 1584629.1)

The Self Service Password Reset enrollment process fails with the error message "You do not have permission to view this directory or page" for users that were migrated from a different domain and have not changed their Windows password since the domain migration, or for users that have been renamed.  If The authentication method on the enrollment virtual is changed in IIS from digest authentication to windows authentication the users can enroll with no errors.
