SOA 11g: SFTP 'BINDING.JCA-11445' 'BINDING.JCA-11447' Errors (Doc ID 1584842.1)

Goal

In the SOA log we are thrown with the below error:

ResourceAllocationException thrown by resource adapter on call to ManagedConnectionFactory.createManagedConnection():

 


However from the EM console, if we test the connectivity, it comes up with "Passed".
