Questions related to FlexAssets, Engage and RuleSetDef records (Doc ID 1584965.1)

Goal

1. Even though we dont have any CSEngage Assets created in our env, we still see that the RuleSetDef record is retained for the assets which was created before in a lower environment. Why is this so?

2. Is there any property that we can set to skip publishing of these attributes?

3. Even if there are no values entered for Ratings, why is it that a record is created for RuleSetDef? Can we avoid this from happening?

4. If we wanna clean up this data(Unwanted RuleSetDef records), what is the best option?
