Inconsistency In WebCenter SES Search Between 'Others' As Category In English/Other Language

Symptoms
If you have configured SES search where the crawler group has not only Spaces but also additional web sources in it, then this issue will be shown:
In Non-english language:
'others' is shown as a search result category in content type, authors and tags. If you drill down into 'others' there is no content, it is empty.
In English language:
The category 'others' is not shown at all.
