Large vServers Taking A Long Time To Boot Up In Exalogic Virtual Environments (Doc ID 1585734.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual Environments 2.0.1.x.x and 2.0.4.x.x issue of vServers taking long time to bootup is observed. This issue is observed with large vServers running with 12 vCPU's or more. The bootup time varies depending on the number vCPU's vServer has.

In this scenario large vServer with 16 vCPUs and 32 GB memory was taking about 45 minutes to bootup.
