Vacation Period (Disabled) is Observed in the Integrated Worklist Application Functionality (Doc ID 1585750.1)

On : version, SOA Fusion Apps

Using BPM Worklist, when a user logs in and selects the "Preferences" tab the "Vacation Period" form is displayed as expected, however, the behavior observed is that once the vacation period is edited if you then select any other link and come back to the vacation period it appears as: Vacation Period (Disabled) in the user interface and the user is unable to make changes (this is due to the fact that it becomes disabled and "greyed out" to prevent editing)
In order to make this work again, the user can navigate to any other page and return back to the "Preferences" tab and it works as expected again.

Navigation away from the "Vacation Period" page should not cause this to become disabled in the user interface.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to BPM Worklist
2. Select "Preferences" tab
3. Edit the Vacation Period
4. Navigate away from the page
5. Observed the described behavior.
