Using OIM on WLS 10.3.5 gives an error during AD connector installation.

The following error shows up:

[EJB:010107]The lock request from EJB:tcImportOperationsIntf with primary key:4206872757935276034 timed-out after waiting 0 ms.

The installation stops.
