Oracle E-Business User Management Connector Support For Reconciling Only HRMS Person Records (Doc ID 1585887.1)

Goal

Implemented out of the box Oracle e-Business User Management Connector 9.1.0.7.10(User Management with HR Foundation) for target resource reconciliation and de-provisioning user accounts. As part of reconciliation, this connector is configured to pull FND_USER records along with HRMS person record. This functionality is working perfectly fine with the current setup. However have additional requirements where only HRMS person record can exist for a user (no FND User account) and want these records also to be reconciled and maintained as part of target resource reconciliation.

Can you kindly let us know if out of the box Oracle e-Business User Management Connector can handle above mentioned scenario?
