Symptoms
- The RESTful users are correctly setup on the database and on the APEX Listener side.
- There is a URL mapping created in the url-mapping.xml to map the Workspace (parsing user) to a database connection.
- When trying to use the RESTful service the following error is given: 500 - Internal Server Error
- Error during evaluation of resource template: GET <template> , SQL Error Code: 28,000, SQL Error Message: ORA-28000: the account is locked.
