PDF, PPTX, DOCX, XLSX files not opening on Satellite Server (Doc ID 1586135.1)

Symptoms

Use render:getbloburl to generate a link for uploaded pptx, docx, or xlsx files.

For exmaple:

When clicking on the generated link, sometimes and file type is not recognized, and sometimes when the file type is recognized, the file cannot be opened or corrupted.

Also the downloaded file size is bigger than the original file.

The issue can't be reproduced with ppt, doc, or xls files.
