Publisher Unavailable In Production (Doc ID 1586497.1)

Symptoms

Publisher content is no longer available.  Accessing Publisher-based portlets within the Oracle WebCenter Interaction portal results in the portlets displaying a 'Network not found' error message or an internal server 500 error message.

In the service.log or the container.log files for Publisher during the Publisher startup routine, you will see an error stack trace similar to the following:
