Intermittent Issue With Access Policies (Doc ID 1586971.1)

Goal

Scenario: Have 2 Access Policies based on a single attribute (different values). These Access Policies provision to AD using the 11.1.1.5.0 connector and the "Evaluate User Policies" task is run and following results are seen:

- at times all accounts don't get provisioned
- at times all accounts don't get move to different containers based on the Access Policy
- at times all accounts don't get revoked (based on the Access Policy)

This error message is seen a lot in the logs:


Is this a known bug?
