AccessControlException in Java CAPS after upgrading Java Version From Java 5 R10 to Java 5 R51 (Doc ID 1587550.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading JRE used by the Integration Sever, there is a java.security.AccessControlException when starting the Java CAPS domain:
