E-Bussiness Connector: Oracle Identity Manager Catalog Not Showing Entitlements

Symptoms

After installing first HR Foundation, and then EBS User connectors, entitlement processing was done: an application instance was created, Lookup recon brought in information from the target system; Entitlement List was run,  and finally catalog sync was run to copy entitlements to the application instance.  At the end of theis process, the application instance had entitlements for HR Foundation only.  There were none for EBS User.  A database query of the ENT_LIST table confirmed that entitlements had been created with the OBJ_KEY value for HR Foundation.

Changes

 Note that the sequence of the connector installations was HR Foundation first followed by EBS User.
