Styles are not Displaying in the WYSIWYG Editor in IE 10 or Firefox 22 (Doc ID 1587722.1)

Symptoms

Issue clarification is that while using either IE10 or Firefox 22 and entering Site Studio Contributor if the user selects text from the WYSIWYG element and clicks to apply a style from the Style drop-down menu the style is not applied in the editor. If the user saves the data file and views the web page the style is applied to the text.
