Activity Stream Show Error "User <GUID> Not Found In Identity Store" When Click On User Link (Doc ID 1587786.1)

Symptoms

In Activity stream when we click on User Name link for few users, an error popup message is raised instead of the user profile popup.  Error reported:

"oracle.webcenter.peopleconnections.profile.ProfileException: User: <GUID> not found in identity "

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login in webcenter
  2. Move on activity stream.
  3. Click on user name link it shows error for few user "oracle.webcenter.peopleconnections.profile.ProfileException: User: <GUID> not found in identity "
