MessageQ Log Files Purged After Several Consecutive Restarts

After an incident where the group restarted a number of times, the MessageQ log files are purged; therefore the analysis of the problem becomes problematic, without these log files.
So, to be able to do a complete analysis, all the logs from a system may be needed and these should not be purged automatically during startup.
