SOA 11g: ORA-14400 after Partitioning SOA Transactional Tables (Doc ID 1588447.1)

Symptoms

After partitioning SOA transactional tables as described in Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide for Oracle SOA Suite the following errors occurr:

2012.02.25 14:54:54.339--UnitOfWork(1416762240)--Exception [TOPLINK-4002] (Oracle TopLink - 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.5.0) (Build 110305)): oracle.toplink.exceptions.DatabaseException
Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition

Error Code: 14400
