Symptoms

When editing idoc script code in profiles, rules, workflow, etc., the "<" and ">" brackets are being substituted by "&lt;" and "&gt;" respectively. This prevents the IDOC script code from executing properly.

This issue occurs in 
- WebCenter Content 11.1.1.6 MLR14
- WebCenter Content 11.1.1.7
- WebCenter Content 11.1.1.8
