SDP Connection in inter-connected Exalogic and Exadata stopped working (Doc ID 1588546.1)

Symptoms

Exalogic connected to Exadata through the InfiniBand network over SDP. The SDP protocol is not working in inter-connected Exalogic and Exadata machines.

In Exadata /var/log/messages file following Error repeatedly can be seen:
