WCC 11.1.1.8 Check In and Search Pages Fail to Load the Authors and User Access List Fields. (Doc ID 1589349.1)

Symptoms

This applies only to Webcenter Content 11.1.1.8 and higher.

The WCC is trying to load every user From the Weblogic Identity stores in the Author drop down menu in the New Check-in or Search pages.

In previous WCC versions the drop down only shows users who have previously logged into the WCC.

The load never finishes and after a long wait period where it just seems to hang, the following exception is in the WCC log:
