Pump Extract not moving , Stuck with the EOF message.
Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.1.5 version, 1 - Oracle DB backend
When attempting to run the OGG pump extract, the following error occurs.

2013-10-03 19:11:44 WARNING OGG-01519 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, parameter file: Waiting at EOF on input trail file trail file name, which is not marked as complete; but succeeding trail file trail file name exists. If ALTER ETROLLOVER has been performed on source extract, ALTER EXTSEQNO must be performed on each corresponding downstream reader.
