SOA Worklist Aplication URL Does Not Support IFrames (Doc ID 1589731.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 08, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle SOA Suite - Version 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.6.0 [Release 11gR1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

You have created a JSP page or a simple HTML page containing an iFrame to display the SOA Worklist application: http://server:port/integration/worklistapp.

1. When opening the JSP page or the HTML page within a browser the iFrame section will just show a blank page. Depending on the browser used also a message window may pop-up telling:

"This content cannot be displayed in a frame. To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame."

2. If you inspect the response header for the login.jspx page called by http://server:port/integration/worklistapp you will find that it shows the X-Frame-Options header:

X-Frame-Options:sameorigin

Changes

You have included the SOA Worklist Application URL as an iFrame inside a JSP page or HTML page.
