Purpose

How to troubleshoot the following scenario - In the publish queue's console, can not approve the "held from publish" assets.

• Clicking on an asset in the queue you get either a message that says "you cannot publish until dependent assets have been approved" or a message that says "you cannot publish the asset until all referring assets have been approved".
• Clicking to see which assets are causing the "hold" you get a blank screen.
• Clicking on the status icon in the toolbar for a held asset, you can see the dependent assets and their status in a list for that environment. If all of the assets in the list have all been approved, you get the message that says "you cannot publish the asset until all referring assets have been approved" but it still will not let it go to the publish queue.
• If there are assets that need approval or held in that list, you can attempt to approve them as well but when you open up the dependent asset you get the same messages, either "you cannot publish until dependent assets have been approved" or a message that says "you cannot publish the asset until all referring assets have been approved".
