OES11g - PEP API throws The current size of the attribute value is 900028 and it exceeds the maxAttributeValueSize configuration Exception

Goal

The return value from the PEP API call is set to 16k, for example if the The obligation size is larger than the 16k value.

the next exception is observed:

com.bea.security.providers.authorization.asi.InvocationException: ArmePARAMETER Exception: The current size of the attribute value is 900028 and it exceeds the maxAttributeValueSize configuration parameter which is currently set at 16000
