Symptoms

The Upgrade utility cssystem.sh hangs while or after processing SitePlan.

The console only shows the following:

Using driver{database driver class}
Using url{jdbc url}
To connect to database
Using driver{database driver class}
Using url{jdbc url}
To connect to database
DeviceGroup
DeviceImage
SitePlan
