Symptoms

After installing Director server on Windows 2008 Server R2, the Windows service fails to start Director web.  The Director URL is not accessible at the default URL:

http://<director server host>:7001/acon/

But the WebLogic console is accessible at URL:

http://<director server host>:7001/console/
