This note explain how to generate a "System Calls" trace for the frmweb process from the very beginning (when the process is launched).

This can help to diagnose problems related to frmweb processes that cannot be launched.
Example :

FRM-93552: cannot connect to runtime process: Newly created runtime process has terminated abnormally.
