Weblogic JMS With JDBC Persistence Store Causing High Number Of Inactive Sessions On Oracle Database

In a WebLogic Server domain setup with JMS and JMS JDBC persistent stores, high number of Inactive Sessions on Oracle database side are observed. All the Inactive Sessions on Database side are from WebLogic JMS setup. This can be verified by querying the v$SESSION table on database.
