Last updated on MARCH 06, 2019

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When we set pagination on activity stream, the comment which is for the previous page is displayed on next page after moving to next page.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In Spaces, Home page, added the Announcements task flow and Activity Stream taskflow to the page.
  2. Edit the "Activity Stream" taskflow, set the "No of activities to display per page" to #{5} and  enable the "Pagination".
  3. In Space, create some Announcements e.g (Announcement 01, Announcement 02, Announcement -3 ..Announcement 08).
  4. Add comments to some of the Announcements, e.g

For Announcement 01, add the comment: comment for 01.
For Announcement 02, add the comment: comment for 02.
For Announcement 03, add the comment: comment for 03.
For Announcement 04, add the comment: comment for 04.
  5. Click the Next button to go to page 2.
  6. For Announcement 05, it shows 0-comments
Click the"comments" link of  Announcement 05, you see the "comment for 02", which is not correct.
  7. Add comment to Announcement 05:  comment for 05
    Now,  there are two comments:
           comment for 02
           comment for 05
  8. Now, if refresh the page, and click the "Previous" or "Next" buttons, the comments are displayed incorrectly.
       e.g
"comment for 07" displays under " Announcement 01"
"comment for 08" displays under " Announcement 02"
  9. Click the "Refresh" button of the taskflow
    The comments are displayed correctly.
