EhCache Was Disabled But Still Shows In The Admin Tab (Doc ID 1591699.1)

Symptoms

ehCache was disabled by removing the property -Dcs.useEhcache=true from the install scripts, but in the Admin tab under System Tools, Cache Management, there is still an option for CAS Cache and for CS Cache.
