High Database Utilization While WCC 11.1.1.8.0 is Idle (Doc ID 1592204.1)

Symptoms

On a WebCenter Content 11.1.1.8.0 Suite installation (UCM, IBR, URM, IPM, and ADF UI) there is a constant load on the database when the system is idle and there are no users in the system.  The WCC database is clocking at minimum 30MB of reads per second.  The sqlservr.exe process is executing approximately 30MB of read per second (or more) on the WCC database.



Changes

 New installation of WCC 11.1.1.8.0 release.
