Symptoms

After upgrading Webcenter infrastructure from PS3 to PS6 (IDM stack still at 10g version), Webcenter SSO integration with OAM stopped working. Webcenter logs show below messages

<BEA-000000> <OAMAP-60522:Identity Asserter/Authentication Provider is not able to connect to Access Server.>
