Symptoms

When attempting to check in a PDF Watermark template it fails with the following error:

Internal Error: Unexpected Exception Unable to Save New PDFW Template Content
item '[ITEM]' was not successfully checked in. No Categorizer Search Rules
defined for Rule Set Default. during saveTemplate.
