OIM 11g R2 - Access Policy Provisioning Does Not Display Application Instance Under 'Accounts' Tab

Using Access Policy based provisioning, and assigned a user to the Role and the target resource is provisioned and can see the that in the target system, but in OIM under the same users 'Accounts' tab the application instance is not displayed. What is the solution?
