On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, Digital Asset Management

When attempting to create thumbnail renditions from JPG and GIF files the renditions do not show up on the renditions page and
the following error is shown in the Agent Log

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up WCC and IBR 11g per note: DAM - Digital Asset Manager FAQ for Refinery Version 11 (Doc ID 1338422.1)
2. Check in a JPG or GIF file
3. Check Renditions page and see them missing. Also the error in the Agent Log
