The Account Distribution page coding form has an error stating "Failed to get account list". The E-Business Suite data source is setup correctly, but the error continues to occur.
The Imaging diagnostic log file shows the following error:
Unable to execute account segment lookup query java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column index.
A related stack trace shows that the error is coming from a lookup of the Account segments.
